Our Sustainability and Environmental Policy

At Teknoplast Synthetic Leather, we believe that production can be sustainable not only through quality but also through environmental awareness. In line with our nature-friendly industrial approach, minimising environmental impact and using resources efficiently are our top priorities in all our production processes.

The main environmentally friendly solutions we implement in this context are:

• Electrostatic Air Filter System: We minimise air emissions and prevent the release of harmful particles into the environment.
• Daylighting Ceiling Systems: We reduce energy consumption by using natural light in our production areas and provide comfort in the working environment.
• Used Roll Recycling: We collect used rolls and return them to the recycling process in order to reduce waste.
• Heat Conservation with Economisers: We minimise heat loss with this system, which is used to increase energy efficiency.
• PVC Collection Tank Mixers: We protect both worker health and the environment by using special collection tanks on mixers to prevent PVC dust from mixing with the air.

Acting on the principle that ‘loving the environment is part of production,’ Teknoplast views environmental sustainability not as a duty, but as a responsibility.
